Tabbed Dividers

We are able to produce tabbed divider sets, either printed or plain at highly competitive prices.

We can print your required text or logos onto a divider set exactly to your specification and requirement.

You may require a specific number of tabs to a set i.e. 3-part, 5-part, 10, 12, or 15 etc., which may be required plain or with printed tabs or printed text.

We are able to print, tab, drill and collate to provide you with the complete finished product.

‘Plastabs’

For that extra strength, we can apply a transparent plastic film over the tab area so that when the sheet is tabbed out, the divider is left with a plastic reinforced tab this is known in the trade as plastabbing. This improves the product both visually and provides extra strength to the tab area.

Top Tip
For low cost printed divider sets, consider:

Limit the printed text to the tabs only
Print black
Specify a white 230 micron card

This specification is highly cost effective as it requires minimal amounts of origination and artwork setting and takes advantage of the most available and competitively priced board.
