Do you mainly do small run specials or can you supply large run work?

We are experts at both; we produce a mixture of both large and small run work, whether your requirement is for 100,000 or just 100. No matter how large or small the order, it is still produced with the same level of care and attention.

What is your minimum order?

We will produce as little as required. Of course the more you order the more inexpensive the product becomes as the machine setting up costs are apportioned into the cost of the quantity ordered. As an example, if you had a requirement for say 100 files we would also provide you with prices for larger quantities so that you can see how prices reduce accordingly. i.e. 100, 500 or 1,000 etc.

What are your normal lead times?

As a general rule we quote lead times of 3 to 6 weeks which varies according to the complexity of the product, the size of the order and the availability of raw materials.

My order is required urgently, what can you do?

For urgent jobs we will do everything possible to supply your order ASAP, often we can supply in just one or two weeks. This very much depends upon the circumstances at the time of order.

Can you hold stock for contract call offs?

Yes, however we are primarily a manufacturing operation with some limited storage facilities. What we tend to do is look at your contract requirements and agree a manufacturing arrangement to allow storage of sufficient stock for immediate call offs.

Can you provide delivery?

Yes, we use a next day carrier service for both boxes and bulk palletised deliveries.
If required we can also deliver on your behalf to third parties.

Can you produce artwork or do we need to supply?

Ideally it is best for you to supply MAC compatible artwork as an email PDF, or we can get the artwork produced for you for which there would be an additional charge.

Can you produce pre-order samples?

This very much depends upon the complexity of your product. It is possible to produce hand made samples and there would be a charge for this service. Dependant upon the product either all or part of this charge may be refunded against your order.

What is your policy on ‘Overs’?

Due to the nature of specially produced product it is very difficult to only produce the exact quantity required for your order, particularly if it is printed with a high number of different manufacturing processes split between a variety of colour quantities within the order.

For this reason we have to allow an overproduction on your order to ensure that the quantity you’ve ordered is achieved. Any ‘Overs’ produced would be supplied and charged for pro rata.

This is a normal industry standard and the ‘Overs’ are limited to a maximum of 10%.

The option of ‘Overs’ will be brought to your attention at the time of quotation for any products that you require.
